Details of the Rounds:
The entire hackathon will be divided into three rounds. All the contestants will participate in the first round, whereas in the second round, only a few deserving teams that have qualified in the first round would be Mentored by our mentors from Amazon, VMware, and Ex-Oracle SDEs, and in the last round Selected teams will present their working model to the Jury.
Round 1 (Solution submission of The Problem you’re solving):
- Small write-up of not more than 1000 Words, elaborating on the key elements of the Product/Solution
- Introduction.
- Objective.
- Technologies/Methodologies used.
- Application Domain.
- The uniqueness of the idea.
- Economical/Technical/Operational feasibility.
- Cost Estimation.
- Further Improvements your product needs.
- A working prototype of the Product/Solution with a briefly elaborating on the key points of the proposed system.
- Also include Product images, videos, or any digital evidence of your working model.
Round 2 (Mentorship by Mentors from Amazon, VMware, and Ex-Oracle SDEs.)
- Our Mentors will guide you on improvising and making changes to your solution before the final presentation to the Jury Round.
- They will teach you the Industry approaches that can be made to your solution.
- You will get a chance to live interaction with the mentors.
Round 3 (Presentation to the Jury)
- The Final Shortlisted projects will get chance to present their solution to the Jury of different fields and they are masters of that.
Result Announcement and Prize Distribution.
